Esha Ali Official reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

2. Product Information

We try to display colour, fabric, and embellishment as accurately as possible, but slight variation between the photo and the final piece can occur, especially for hand embroidered and Made to Order pieces, where minor differences are part of the handmade nature of the work, not a defect.

3. Pricing

Prices are listed in PKR and may change without notice. Prices at the time of order confirmation are the prices you pay.

4. Orders & Payment

We currently accept Cash on Delivery and Bank Transfer. We reserve the right to cancel or hold any order where payment or delivery details cannot be confirmed.

5. Made to Order Pieces

Made to Order items are produced based on measurements you provide via WhatsApp. Esha Ali Official is not responsible for sizing issues resulting from incorrect measurements provided by the customer. We recommend confirming your measurements with our team before production begins.

6. Shipping

Delivery timelines shared at checkout or via WhatsApp are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by courier delays outside our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

Esha Ali Official is not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from delays, courier issues, or use of this website. Our liability, where it applies, is limited to the value of the order in question.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
