Ready to Wear (Pret)

Ready to Wear pieces are dispatched from our stock and delivered within 5 to 7 working days from the date your order is confirmed.

Made to Order

Made to Order pieces are cut and stitched specifically to your measurements once your order is confirmed. These take up to 30 days to complete and deliver. We'll keep you updated on progress over WhatsApp, and you're welcome to check in with us anytime during this period.

Order Confirmation

Your delivery timeline begins once your order and measurements (for Made to Order pieces) are confirmed with our team. Orders awaiting confirmation, payment details, or measurement information will not begin processing until this is complete.

Delivery Across Pakistan

We currently deliver nationwide within Pakistan. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your city and courier schedules, and can be affected by public holidays or unforeseen courier delays outside our control.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping is available on orders above PKR 10,000.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we'll share tracking details with you over WhatsApp so you can follow its progress.
