Return & Exchange Policy

Esha Ali Official wants you to love what you order. Here's how returns and exchanges work.

We accept exchanges in the following cases:

  1. The product delivered is different from what you ordered
  2. The product arrives damaged
  3. The size doesn't fit (Ready to Wear pieces only, see note on Made to Order below)

In all cases, the item must be unused, unworn, and returned with its original tags attached.

Wrong or Damaged Item

If we sent the wrong product, or it arrived damaged, message us on WhatsApp within [48 hours] of delivery with photos of the item. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund, your choice. Return shipping in this case is on us.

Size Exchange (Ready to Wear)

If a Ready to Wear piece doesn't fit, you can exchange it for a different size within [3 days] of delivery, provided it's unworn and unwashed with tags intact. Return shipping for a size exchange is covered by the customer. We're able to offer one size exchange per item.

Made to Order Pieces

Made to Order pieces are cut and stitched to the measurements shared with our team over WhatsApp, so they aren't eligible for size exchanges once confirmed. Please double check your measurements with us before we begin production. We're always happy to walk through sizing together beforehand.

Festive & Sale Items

Festive/Eid collection and Sale items are final sale and not eligible for exchange.

How to Start an Exchange

Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and photos of the item. We'll guide you through the next steps and share the return address once your exchange is confirmed.

Refunds

We offer refunds when an item is no longer in stock for exchange, or in cases of confirmed damage or error on our part. Approved refunds are processed within [5 to 7 working days] via bank transfer.

Order Cancellation

Ready to Wear orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order by messaging us on WhatsApp.

Made to Order pieces can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order, before production begins. Once stitching has started, Made to Order pieces can no longer be cancelled.
